WARMUP: Rucked to the front of the school and did warmup exercises

THE THANG: Rucking Relay
In pairs, one PAX would farmer carry both rucks around the parking lot loop while the other did an exercise. If the PAX dropped either ruck they would leave them there and mosey back to the start and swap with the other PAX to do exercises. The exercises were AMRAP and consisted of Merkins, Big Boy Sit-ups, and Squats. After the rucks completed 3 full loops around the loop, we’d change exercises.

The group was treated to some of Duggars beautiful singing. We talked turkey and dinner plans with our families. It was great having Rodeo Back for a visit.
