Forgot to submit this last week. Rucked around the corner to Hill Street Circle (beside Panera), and proceeded to try to do 5s (11s reduced) of Monkey Humpers and Squats (I think), but that dang hill was 75 degrees steep, freshly cut grass hay, chiggers were plentiful, and the trip down for big fellows was harrowing. Quick modify to crawl bear down so that nobody, aka YHC, took a header.
After that mess, rucked around to parking lot off Archer St for some back and forth lane work. PAX took off rucks, run to other end of parking lot and back, then overhead ruck press from 5 down to 1.
Finish that then ruck around past PoPo palace, down Jarvis St, left on E Main, and YHC challenged Gazelles to stretch out, loop the Courthouse back parking deck lot, and beat moderate pace ruckers back at street before endex.
Good exercise, new faces, and COT was legit.
