Grab a curb for 100 standing calf raises to make sure the burn settles in followed a quick Indian Run to SF

50 Flutterkicks and 20 Crunchy Frogs to round out our time.

Not too bad, but I’ll definitely remember to check to Q sheet! Glad I didn’t miss it, would’ve never heard the end.
