4th installment of Iron PAX Practice this Saturday. (Counting last weeks ruck).
5 burp-up ( burpee/pull ups)
5 squat-ups (squat, jump, pull up)
5 regular pull ups
Mosey up the hill, around the back of the building. Once you are at the back of the building you can either lunge, or broad jump to the tables.
Once at the tables perform 25 step ups single count. Then mosey back down for next round.
Upon completion of the 3 rounds run up brown’s industrial to the top and come back to do an additional 3 rounds.
Upon completion, run to the track and complete two laps.
