WARMUP: Mozy to the middle school for SSH, Weedpicker, Windmill, Toy Soldier, Phelps, and Sun God
THE THANG: Warm up with two laps around the middle school. Then went to the bottom parking lot. Ran half the length and did 20 merkins then ran the rest at did 20 squats then back to the start, 3 rounds. Then ran half way again and did 15 BBSU and 15 Mike Tyson ran back. Then ran to the second light pole 10 BBSU 10 Mike Tyson ran back. Then ran to the first light pole 5 BBSU and 5 Mike Tyson. Next went to the bottom of the hill in front of the school, ran up the hill and did 15 LBC and 15 SSH, did this twice. Last mozy back to the flag and did 11s ( Dips and squat jumps ) till time.
