THE THANG: 2 ran toward 575, turn left on brown industrial, take Etowah river park to Heritage Park, come out behind YMCA, turn left on main street, climb the hill back to flag right on time. 4.3 miles. 2 rucked somewhere and back. 1 completed virtually due to out of town buts till crushed 5 miles in the same 45 min time.
