WARMUP: SSH, Weed Pickers, Merkins, arm circles
THE THANG: HIIT Race: 20 SSH, 20 OJ Squats, 20 Curls with Qpons, 20 BBS, 20 Burpees and Duckwalk or Bear Crawl back to the start. We then hit the playground for partner pull-ups: 10-9-8-7…1 and ended with the Gauntlet Dodgeball (5burpees if you got hit) and 5 merkins for the 2nd round
