Run around the parking lot. Once LawDog arrived back to the flag for SSHs. Then run to the middle school for more warm ups.

Inspiration strikes as usual. Run to the benches. Derkins and dips for 11s. Completely different than what Duggar did yesterday with incline merkins and dips for 11s that made his arms and chest sore which he complained about during warm-o-Rama.

Run to the front loop for a four corner escalating oval. Corner 1 = 10 big boys Corner 2= 10 big boys, 20 American hammers, Corner 3= 10 big boys, 20 American Hammers, 30 box cutters Corner 4= 10 big boys, 20 American Hammers, 30 box cutters and 40 flutter kicks. Kodiak count for AH and Flutters of course.

Run to the high school for leap frog and squats. Finish up with sprints.

Back to the flag for squats and end on time.
