WARMUP: we ran, did a few “w” based exercises, ran some more
THE THANG: pretty simple:
We used the parking lot in front of the Buzz. Using the lights as markers, we stopped at each doing exercises that increased by 10 and returned to the start fo a couple burpees with each rnd.
we did al 10 lights (on the left) then headed back to the flag
