• Quads barking. Good. That’s weakness leaving.

Round 3: Big Boy Sit-Ups
• Mode: Burpee Broad Jumps forward, Run back
• Some PAX started modifying this one. Shocking. Can’t say YHC didn’t see that coming. If you skipped the jumps, go ahead and log that soft rep in your “Participation Trophy Tracker.”

Round 4: American Hammers (2-count)
• Mode: Coupon-less Murder Bunnies forward, Run back
• That’s right. No coupons. Just raw power and pain. The way nature intended.

Round 5: Plank Jacks
• Mode: Bernie Sanders forward, Run back
• Legs smoked. Spirits tested.

Each round ended with a regroup. Pick up the six, or crank out Mary. No man left behind—but we don’t wait for weakness to catch up.
