WARMUP: Mosey around the park to behind the Buzz. Circled up for usual warmup exercises.
THE THANG: 11’s and a Dora. Did 11s up the hill to the upper parking lot with Merkins and Big Boy Sit-ups. Followed that up with a Dora doing 100 step ups (Kodiak count), inclined Merkins and Dips.

It was a usual THL Monday morning with the usual suspects. Something or someone was hiding in the woods while we did our warmup. Baby Face suspected it was FIA doing their version of a Spartan. The 11s went fine, but somehow FMB broke himself, again, doing step-ups during the Dora.
