WARMUP: Run around parking lot, SSH, Weedpickers 10x Burpees
THE THANG:
Bomb defusal:
3x 1-minutes of pullups in teams of two
15 the first round
25 the second round
50 the third round

Shower Room:
Two pax compete in asymmetric exercises, last to complete has to take a shot to the heart (5x burpees)
First round: Incline Merkins x10 vs. Decline Merkins x10
Second round: 2-count flutter kicks x20 vs. Big Boy Situps x10
Third round: Squats x15 vs. Jump Squats x10

TBH, we did a little calibration which may not have been totally fair to some of the PAX, but the burpees got distributed pretty evenly.

Green smoke:
Wind sprints 100 yards, last one to finish has to do 5x burpees
