The group completed the following series of exercises while holding their coupons:
-standing forward press
-overhead to forward press position locked arm extension
-overhead copperhead squats (group modified to regular copperhead squats after 3 rounds)
*The group completed 10 reps of each exercise, followed by 9x, 8x, 7x, 6x, 5x, and 4x (we ran out of time).
