Rucked down to the Mill and found (2) 50# fun bags sitting randomly along the sidewalk so we brought them with us. Once at the Mill, PAX formed an oval and passed the bags around for the following:
(2) 15 reps, Curls
(2) 20 reps, Bent Over Rows
(2) 25 reps, Skull Crushers
(2) 30 reps, Overhead Press
Then rucked back to the gazebo.
