WARMUP: lap around the track then GMs, IWs, Windmills, Weedpickers, Michael Phelps circles
THE THANG: 3 evolutions:
1) start at the goal line. Bear crawl 10 yds, frog jump 10 yds, sprint to the 50, mosey back
– repeat a few times
2) pax line up on 5, 10, 15 yd line, etc. and perform various exercises.
– one at a time, each pax takes a turn lunge walking w/ a 45-lb plate around the group (about 25 yds down and back).
– during each lunge walk, the lines-up pax do mountain climbers, American hammers, BBs, high planks.
– It was at this point that the Morning Wood Goon Squad decided to stop by the field on their morning frolic, only to say hello and then dip out.
3) pax throw a frisbee across the field. Wherever it lands we run over to it and do 5 burpees. When you reach far end zone, 40 American hammers. Work your way back to staring end zone, and 40 flutter kicks upon reaching it. Up and back the field decreasing end zone exercises by 10 each time.
