WARMUP: SSH, Weedpickers, Imperial Walkers, Sungods
THE THANG: Circle up and everyone will do kettlebell exercises while one pax at a time carrys the french curl bar to each cone and does the exercise utilozing the dumbells, that is called out at that station.
Station 1: overhead press (10 reps) Station 2: forearm curls (10 reps)
Station 3: Lunges (5 reps each leg)
After each station, the pax will carry the French cutl bar to the next station and then back to the circle once they have completed all the stations.
In the circle:
Kettlebell Swings (20 reps)
Goblet Squats (20 reps)
Lat pullovers (20 reps)
Flutter Kicks (20 4-count reps)
Calf Raises (40 reps)
Man Makers (5 reps)
Rinse and repeat until everyone has gone through the stations.
Once everyone has gone through the stations, we will run a lap.
