WARMUP:

Pax did a burpee cause no one could identify the famous historian! (If only Super Dave posted!). we did some other stuff too.

THE THANG:

Explore the trails and byways of England, confronting nights, taunting French ka-neggits, and the nights who say Nu! (no….Ni!). Ended with a good “run away! run away!”

On our quest, we also took turns clapping”coconuts” together….poor clapping (Leaky) resulted in burpees.
