Short-run then circle up for IC SSH, Copperhead Squat, & Weedpickers
Time to move, it’s too damn cold.
Build up starting with 1 burpee, KB Deadlift, KB Swing, KB Press. Add 1 each round. After 5 take a quick lap, then continue climbing. The goal was to hit 20, just like what it felt like this morning. Twiggy was the only one to hit that mark.
