THE THANG: light pole leap frog with squats and squat jumps back to the entrance. 11s with Mike Tyson’s n BBSU. Lastly, station by the flag is merkins (10 reps), in front of the bathroom is squats (15 reps) , and then pulls up (5 reps). Sandbag/ruck must go with you to each station and be used for merkins n squats
