“Leadership is influence; nothing more, nothing less.”

A virtuous leader will disrupt the status quo in order to initiate movement to advantage. He does this not for his own advantage, but for others. So a virtuous leader must be motivated by love, and love others more than himself.

The Mission of F3:

To plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

The EH is an excellent example of disruption of a man’s status quo.

To leave a LEGACY a man must work on his virtue as well as his leadership.

– A virtuous man without leadership doesn’t make a difference because he opts not to influence those around him to movement towards advantage.

– A leader without virtue is living for himself and selfish ambition. And even if it looks good during his life, the positive impact will not last beyond his years as a legacy. And likely the negative impact will damage many lives.
