THE THANG 1:
2 steps forward, 1 step back
Run forward 2 lights, do 15 merkins, run back 1 light, 10 BBS. Repeat until the Merkins cross the street and the BBS bring you back.
THE THANG 2: After slowly moseying to the back of the school, run around the bus loop with 4 stations. The LONG sides featured 11s with 4 count dips (if you were inclined) and then squat jumps on the other side. On the end caps get 6 No Surrenders on one end and 3 burpees on the other.
