Moseyed up to the top for some quick standard warmups – SSHs, copperhead squats, weedpickers, windmills, Sun gods, Michael Phelps.
Moseyed down to the police station and knocked out two quick rings of fire – first was air chair and 20 squats, then high plank 20 merkins.
Moseyed up the hill to a parking lot and knocked out 11’s with 4-count monkey humpers and big boy sit-ups.
Moseyed up the hill and partnered up for some DORA. One partner ran a lap around the school parking lot while the other did the work. Partner count for 100 overhead claps, 150 squats, 200 lbc’s, and 250 ssh’s.
Moseyed all the way back to the flag and hit the gazebo. Had time for 1 set of 20 dips in cadence, and a set of 20 alternating stepups in cadence. Finished with about 10 4-count American Hammers to time.
