WARMUP: Ruck on mosey Slow Weedpickers SSH
THE THANG: Ruck the powerline. It was snowy/muddy. Did in cadence squats at the power pole in the brambles. Duggar did not like that….so when we hit HWY 20 we did ruck on merkins at the power poles. Then 11s at Mt Big Mac Squats and Calf Raises. Couple hundred squats. At least 100 merkins.
MARY: Run for Duggars coffee cup. Do some more merkins. Plank for the last minute.
