Mosey to one end of the parking lot.

Ssh, weed pickers, sun good, Michael Phelps, and a few merkins.

The thang:

Mosey to the other end of the parking lot to reveal the “die of death” today the die thought we needed to work on our core as it selected Freddy Mercury’s 5+ times and American hammers 4+ times. It gave us a bit of a break with tuck jumps, jump squats, and tricep dips, with a couple minutes of side planks and air chairs. For those that missed it, it will be back.
