The die of death has made its way to the Rock, and it did not disappoint. Broken up doing five different minute long air chairs, several sets of 15 tuck jumps, at least three sets of 15 in cadence Freddie Mercury’s, few sets of Bonnie Blair’s, the die decided to finally give us reprieve and give us 20 burpees and 20 tricep dips. We then took the long way back to where the flag is supposed to be, and had a nice cool down of some tumbleweeds and slow deep thrust Peter Parker’s and 30 seconds of air chair.

Guinea just moved to the area from Boone North Carolina, so praying for the transition to the area for the whole family as well as work travels this week.
