Looking at the Q Sheet on Sunday, YHC noticed it was empty for the best Monday AO, north of HWY 20, so I claimed the Q. What to do?? Let us tie something in to the 76th anniversary of D-Day.

YCH arrived a little early and the PAX started rolling in, with Fudd making a return to the gloom, looking like a totally difference man after a significant weight loss during the SIP. We did a quick mosey and circled-up near the playground. We did the following:

Imperial Walkers – 10 IC

Good Mornings – 10 IC

Weed Pickers – 10 IC

Michael Phelps – OYO

We moseyed to the back of YHCs truck and each PAX grabbed a block. Moseyed to the loop behind the playground bathrooms, and partnered-up.

Partner A runs the loop, while Partner B performs 76 of the following (each PAX keeps their own count):

Round 1:

Squats w/ Coupon (76 reps)

Bent over Rows

  • Plank for the 6

Round 2:

Overhead Press

Skull Crushers

  • Plank for the 6

Round 3:

  • Plank for the 6

All the PAX pushed through and finished. We moseyed back to the start and each PAX led a round of Mary.

We asked for prayers for Garfield’s little boy that was born this weekend, for our families as we all deal with the Covid-19, keeping everyone healthy. Prayers for our first responders, those on the front lines, and our leaders. Prayers for those unspoken requests.

Great time this morning and enjoyed seeing everyone. Good to have Fudd back out and Duggar even made it out, after joining the 245 club last week. He has turned into a posting machine and it is always a better time when he is around!  Super Dave continues to kill it and has definitely caught the F3 Fever or maybe is he is just glad to get away from all those hills during his Shield Lock! Until next time, SYITG. Rest Stop out!
