Conditions: A crisp 18°F with a windchill of 10°F—perfect for forging some hard men out of the morning gloom. Yes, YHC had a heater plugged in at the parking lot, but let’s not pretend any of you actually needed it.

The Warm-O-Rama:
We kicked things off with a moseydown to the bottom cul-de-sac, because what’s a beatdown without a little running to shake off the frost?
• 15 Side-Straddle Hops (IC)
• 10 Hillbilly Walkers (IC)
• 5 Low-and-Slow Copperhead Squats (IC)

Once the PAX were awake and the blood was flowing, we moseyed to the top cul-de-sac:

• 10 Toy Soldiers (IC)
• 10 Imperial Walkers (IC)
• 5 Low-and-Slow Copperhead Merkins (IC)

Then, we made our way to the four-way stop, where YHC brought out some classics:
• 5 Slow Weed Pickers (IC)
• Sun Gods (OYO)
• Michael Phelps (OYO)

Because Boondock requested, we threw in 3 Good Mornings (IC) to keep the mumblechatter flowing.

The Thang: Dora 1-2-3
We hit the parking lot, for some fun. Here’s how it went:
• Partner up. While one PAX worked, the other ran to the stop sign and back. Together, each team completed:
• 50 Burpees
• 100 Big Boys
• 150 Merkins
• 200 Squats
• 250 LBCs

With all four PAX sore and dragging after yesterday’s CSAUP, it was a grinder—but we got through it together. No shortcuts, no quit, just grit.

The Moleskine:
• Shoutout to the PAX for showing up and showing out, even when the thermometer dared you to fartsack.
• CSAUP recovery or not, today was a reminder: Discipline doesn’t take days off. You do the work, no matter how you feel.

COT: We circled up, shared some words of encouragement, and finished strong.

Takeaway: Adversity doesn’t build character; it reveals it. Today, you proved you’ve got what it takes. Now take that same energy into your day and make it count.

SYITG,
Copper
