WARMUP: We moved our legs to get to a place, then we did things at that place
THE THANG: 3 sheets were taped to 5 benches face down by the water fountain. On each sheet was an exercise and a rep count.
PAX started at the bottom of the stairs, did 5 burpees, ran up the stairs and picked a bench to uncover two sheets and do the exercises. Once completed, ran back down the stairs, 5 burpees, up the stairs and picked two sheets from a bench, until it was time.
MARY: She didn’t show up.
