Pax AMRAP’d through 4 exercises for 30 seconds and then finished with 1 minute plank:

  • Mountain Climbers
  • Squats
  • Merkins
  • Star Jumps

Between sets of the AMRAPs, Pax took laps, a long lunge/bear crawl path, or suicides on the tennis court. When they finished, return to the workout spot and run through AMRAPs again, comparing your number of reps on the 2nd and 3rd run-through with the first to see if you could “Catch your Ghost.” Pax tended to do more reps at the end of the workout…implying that they were holding back to start…don’t hold back! Catch your Ghost!
