YHC loaded up some toys into his truck and made his way North to Castle Black for some circuit training fun!
The Thang:
5 Stations
- Fire Hose Battle Rope
- Redneck Indian Clubs (Shoulder Raises)
- SkidMarks (Tire Sled with 45 or 90lbs on it)
- Farmer Carry Logs
- Speed Ladder
Rotate through all five stations to the instruction of the playlist. Each station was approximately 1 minute long with a 5-10 second break in between.

NMM: The men of Castle Black are some tough dudes. Duggar came in on two wheels at 5:30. The skidmarks were horrible; we did the first round at 90lbs than dropped to 45lb. Somewhere along the ride through someone who will not be named (BLOODHOUND) added the other 45lb back so we did the last few rounds with that.
Duggar showed us his cheerleader skills with the indian clubs and was not wearing PJs. The farmer carry logs have a ~1.5 inch PVC pipe handle so the grip strain was real. Always a pleasure being out in the gloom with these PAX!
