THE THANG: Started with 11s up the hills, BBSUs at the bottom, bear crawl up the hill and Merkins at the top. Then moseyed up to the pickle ball court and did a round picnic tables – dips, incline Merkins and box jumps on the table. Start with 10 reps and then a lap, go up by 10 after each set up to 50.
