WARMUP: Run down the gravel road. 15 SSH, 10 weed pickers, 10 copperhead squats
THE THANG: Split into 2 teams. – There were 5 flag sites throughout the trails. Each flag site included 3 yellow flags (100 pts each), 2 blue flags (200 pts each) and 1 green flag (300 pts). On each flag was a workout and rep count that must be completed by each member of the team in order to earn the flag. For example…20 Burpees per person.

There were 3 rules….
1. Teams could not visit the same flag site back to back
2. Teams could only complete one flag at a time at a given site
3.Teams were permitted to Pick up the 6 by sharing reps.

Cricket, Lexi and Woody came up with 3 green flags and got 1700 points, but it wasn’t enough to beat out HOMBRE and Drumstick who came in with 1,900 points.
