The workout was a circuit we did workouts at each corner: 10 pull ups , 30 squats, 50 2X American Hammers, 25 Merkins. between the squats and AH we lunged across the field. we then regrouped and finished out with a 15 minute E-mom. the coolest part was at the end before naming the new guy he Splashed Merlot. We then named him Chuck.
