WARMUP: With an FNG pulling up right at startex we got started a minute late. No matter…onward! Loop around the lot and then circled up. Been a while since I had to do a “real” disclaimer so it was a bit rocky but I got through it! Normal warm-o-rama
THE THANG: Headed over the front the school where cones and blocks had been deposited. Grab a block and murder bunny to each cone and perform (5) Manmakers, (10) Curls, (15) Bent Over Rows, and (20) Overhead press. Took a mosey around the big lot to give the arms a break and returned to the blocks. Next up was a mini Dora included (50) BBSU, (100) Merkins, (150) Squats all with your block. Partner ran the loop in the front lot with their block.
