9min prior to BD @Faulty Towers informs me that “on Fridays we use weight”…. YHC Commences BD planning changes….

The Thang- Since the Clinic just turned 7 yrs old, we did “7’s” of BBS with weight at the stage and Merkins at the top of stairs.  Next was DORA 1-2-3 with weight.
