YHC wanted to do some fun things with some blocks sooo what better way then to do a weird Oyramid!
Mosey around the parking lot stopping close to the blocks and performing:
Sun gods OYO
Micheal Phelps Oyo
Run over and grab some blocks!
Starting at the island close to the blocks : 25 Squats with block
overhead carry to light post drop block and run full lap around parking lot
at light post #1: 25 Squats with Blocks, 50 Kettlebell swings (block swings)
overhead carry to next island/Flag Island drop block run full lap around parking lot
at island: 25 Squats with block, 50 kettlebell swings (Block Swings), 75 Curls
overhead carry to lightpost #2 drop block run full lap
at lightpost #2: 25 Squats with block, 50 kettlebell swings (block swings), 75 curls, 100 overhead press
overhead carry to last island, drop block and run full lap
once back from lap pickup block and walk it back to put it up.
3 minutes of Mary!
Was a brutal one for sure but everyone did well! Aquaman talked smack the entire time due to being injured but he was there running at least. Nice job men! see you next time!
