It was a beautiful morning. Just kidding, it was dark and rainy. We began by heading down mainstreet and sneaking the back way to the mill. Here we did our-

WARMUP:
5 OH Squat Presses
10 Curls for the girls
10 Shoulder taps
10 Squats
10 Copperhead Merkins

THE THANG:
We continued by going back out of the mill and up the apply named hill street. We worked our way back to the gazebo for our last activity. We each did a clean and jerk with the extra ruck we had been passing around.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
