Mosey to the back of the school then SSH, Windmills, & Imperial Walkers
We started off with a catch me if you can with the first partner knocking out 5 merkins then catching his partner all the way around the back island. Once the 6 was in, switch partners and repeat will Squats. Then repeat with a 3rd partner and do the same with Big Boy Sit-ups.
Next, we ran down to the main street to work our way back to the school. As we ran back we stopped at every light and rotated through with 5 Merkins at the first light, 5 Squats at the next, and 5 Sit-ups and the following light. We continued that pattern until we made it all the way back to the entrance of the school.
At the entrance, we did a Group DORA with one man running to the top of the hill back to the school and the other 3 starting on the 100 Merkins. When the first man returned, whoever had the most merkins ran next and the group picked up with his count. We worked through 100 merkins, 200 Squats, and 300 Big boy sit-ups.
Just enough time left to mosey to the top of the flag and knock out some Mary
