We started out our day by grabbing some cinder blocks and taking a stroll down to the front of the school. We dropped the blocks under the overhang then took a quick lap around the big lot before circling up for IC Weed pickers, Tumbleweeds, and finished with some Imperial Walkers.
Partner up and with your partner. One partner will begin farmers carrying the blocks around the big loop while the other partner does a round of 5 Merkins, 10 Squats, & 15 Big Boy Sit-ups. Once complete he will run to the farmer’s carrying partner and grab the blocks. This will continue until the blocks make it back to the starting point 5 times.
Next we shuffled the partners and did a DORA from the block with 100 Block Press, 200 Block Merkins, and 300 Block bench press, with 1 partner working on the exercises and the other running to the light pole at the top of the stairs and back.
Once we finished we put the blocks back, made it back to the flag for a few Mary exercises and called it a morning.

It was good to have Leaky back at a workout, hopefully that becomes a full time thing again soon.
Always nice to have Duggar (who despite the cooler jammy weather showed up in shorts) and Dixie too. Glad to have a chance to visit the Safari again.
