The beatdown was simple today.  Pair up.  Each pair grab a cinderblock. Start at the Gate on white.  While one person runs to the very end of white and back to their partner, the other carries the cinderblock straight overhead and walks down white.   If you have to lower the Cinderblock you have to stop and do 25 curls with the block then raise the block back overhead and continue.   If the block ever touches the ground you also have to do 10 overhead presses with the block before continuing.  When your partner returns, switch and continue matriculating down to the end of white.  When you reach the end return to the gate in the same way.

I was shocked at just how much Manning loved this beatdown.

We had a cheater or two that walked while doing the curls and walked without the block fully extended.   I am not going to call Bronco out for cheating.   In fact  I won’t even mention Bronco’s name.

I had more planned but sadly there was no time.  We still got in around 3mi.
