WARMUP:
Normal warm-o-rama at the front of the stadium.
THE THANG:
Got started with an Indian Run around the track to get the blood flowing. Then sideline to sideline with Mercs and BBSU. 5 rounds with increasing reps (5,10,15,20,25). Moseyed to end zone and lined up for 50yd sprints x 3. Then we sat around a campfire for American Hammers and Box Cutters. Next up was escalating 4 corners using the goal lines with 10 Merkins, 20 BBSU, 30 CH Squats, 40 Hello Dollies. Gandi called 11’s with Carolina Dry Docks and Freddy Mercs until we hit time.
