Another failure 5K, except this time we ran laps over at the carwash and up that hill.  Pax pick exercise to perform at the bottom and top this time.  Complete the lap, rinse repeat.

Really the only thing notable was Koi’s epic fart.  Definitely sounded like he blew an O-ring or something.  Koi wins the best fart ever in F3 award.  #fartsarealwaysfunny
