WARMUP: 2 brave souls pre rucked, for the ME we moseyed around the poop loop, then circled up for the usual MK warmup.

THE THANG: Bears, More Bears, and Donkeys

Started with 11’s, Big Boy Sit-ups at the bottom, beat crawl up the hill, Merkins at the top.

Crawling Dora: Exercises and Bear Crawls
With partners, one did exercises while the other did 3 sets of bear crawls up then back down the Buzz Hill. Exercises were 50 No Surrenders, 100 V-up’s, and 150 Jump Squats.

Wall of Suck:
Still in partners, one air chaired while the other partner started balls to the wall inverted on the wall, did 5 merkins, 5 plank jacks, and 5 donkey kicks. Partners which switch off. Exercises decreased by one rep each time – 5,4,3,2,1
