Sandbag day at the arena.  JB is on the DL, so he graciously accepted a ride in the S4N chair, so we could all get trained up on being a driver.  As a extra bonus, he got to caress the sandbag in his crotch of the PAX that was pushing him while the other PAX did sandbag work.  We rotated the driver each time a PAX made a loop around the parking lot.

Presses

and other stuff.

 

Law Dog only showed for S4N training.  We are all glad he did though.
