Intro: Let’s have some fun while we get some good work in!!
Warm-o-Rama: Mozy to the basketball court; 10 SSH, 10 Copperhead Squats and 10 Copperhead Merkins
Started out with the OCTAGON OF PAIN aka a foam octagon shaped ball that each PAX rolled to choose an exercise. The PAX ran, did squats, wall sits, etc.
Went right into Ultimate Basketball; it looked like a Globetrotters Game, except we were the losing team they play, playing each other.
Mozy to the field
Another round of the OCTAGON OF PAIN..
Right into Ultimate Football – we actually looked like we knew what we were doing… a bunch of great passes and catches..
Mozy to a far corner – the driest YHC could find.
Ultimate Baseball – 1B – BB Situps AMRAPS, 2B – Merkins AMRAPS, 3B – Flutter Kicks AMRAPS and Home – 10 Burpees at the end of which all PAX lunge to the next base. Got in a full round.
Next Up – Circle of Pain – All PAX do Monkey Humpers while one PAX at a time does 10 Merkins. Got in a full round. Next Up – Merkins beginning with 1, then a 10 second rest, then 2 and a 10 second rest and so on. We got up to 10 or 11 before we ran out of time and some of us, mainly YHC ran out of shoulders.

Very grateful for Men like the true HIMs that were here today. We had fun; and got better. But, everyone of us except for maybe the FNG, Chubb, are really bad at basketball. Thank goodness we didn’t have to dribble.
