Stations: 35# KB Swings, Block OHP, 25# KB Curls, +40# Gravel Bag Swings, Block Sqauts

Under the covered walk, PAX started with 5 reps each station, mosey the length of the walk to the school door and back. Rince/repeat going up 5 reps for each exercise: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 reps.
