WARMUP: Stretched
THE THANG: We took turns flipping the big tire and tossing the 80 lb. sandbag up the hill. At the top of the hill, we dragged the tire and sandbag back down the hill using a big metal chain. We then went back up the hill. Then drug everything back to the flag which was too far away. We were motivated by heavy metal covers of Disney music. When we got to the flag, we had been tracked down by a concerned neighbor who was awakened by our workout. Her dog Teddy was unable to shit due to the noise. Viceroy is a beast! No injuries yet.
