WARMUP: we ran to the bottom of the stairs, did a little stretchy then got to it
THE THANG: 2,200 stairs. That’s how many stairs the 1st responders climbed 24 years ago, so that was the go for the day. The steps outside of Macedonia ES number 29, so it took just over 75 trips up and down. To help break it up (& to hopefully help keep track) we stopped every 5 trips up to knock out 9 merkins.
Eventually time started to get shorts so we dropped the bags & the merkins in an attmept to finish.
