Our Ruck kicked off with a round of beers from Reformation, we toasted all those that lost their lives during the attack on our country. We rucked two laps of the NoonDay Trail/92/Main Street Loop in Woodstock for a total of 7.4 miles. We talked about life, love, and the current state of our country. We all dressed in our best America workout gear and carried a flag. When we were done we had our 2nd F at Waffle House.
