The Thang: Mosey over to Chattahoochee Tech parking lot with our 12″x12″ pavers each PAX had. 4 Corners of parking lot. 1st-5 American Sledghammers(American Hammer with the Paver),2nd-5 Coupon Squat Presses with coupon,3rd-5 Rocky Balboas(4 count, with or without coupon, up to the PAX),4th-Overhead Tri-Extensions with coupon. Mosey back to flag with some mary in the end.
COT: Prayers for continued peace with coronavirus changes, prayers for leadership of governments, prayers for anxiety of the unknown.
Naked Man Moleskin: Pavers are maybe 20lbs versus a 35lb cinder. They can still tire you out pretty quick. The one exercise that needed to be tougher with the paver coupon was the Squat Presses. Mabye a kettlebell swing motion would make it tougher. Notes for next time. Everytime before starting on the tri-extensions I had to take a break to catch my breath as that section is uphill. The mosey back to the flag was a tough one as I was completely gassed. Great workout!
